What is the difference between Map, Sprint and Momentum?
Execution Map gives you a route to carry out independently. Sprint 30 includes that route and 30 days of execution guidance and review. Momentum 90 includes Sprint’s capabilities across a 90-day cycle, with strategic continuity, an initial founder call and a final strategic review.
What work do I need to do?

Is my mentor a person or AI?
The daily mentor guidance, evidence-based feedback and replanning are AI-guided. Direct founder access is also included in the current offer, but it is not the same as a person reviewing every daily action.
What happens when the 30 days end?
