Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We generally receive limited transaction data such as payment status, amount, billing name, and partial card metadata. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

Retention

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, enforcement, and legal compliance. Typically, account data is retained for the duration of the account plus 3 years, and transaction records are retained for 7 years.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption across all services. However, no system is perfectly secure.

Your Choices and Rights
