Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

Digital Delivery

EmpowerLeap is a digital product and service. Access is delivered electronically by website, app, portal, email, messaging channel, or a combination of those methods. No physical goods are shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.

Unless a product page or Order Form says otherwise, delivery begins after payment clears and required intake information is submitted. Delivery may include account activation, onboarding, access instructions, diagnosis review, plan setup, scheduling links, program materials, and support communications.

Venture Diagnosis

If free, no refund applies. If paid, the fee becomes non-refundable once review work has begun.

Sprint 30

Sprint 30 is a fixed digital service/program priced at $499 USD.

A full refund is available within 3 calendar days after purchase only if all of the following are true:

  • no substantive paid deliverables have been provided;
  • the paid account has not been activated;
  • no kickoff, diagnosis review, or structured work has started;
  • no paid program materials have been downloaded or materially used.

Once paid delivery begins, Sprint 30 fees are non-refundable.

Momentum 90

Momentum 90 is a multi-cycle digital service. Future unstarted cycles may be canceled before they begin, but started cycles are non-refundable once delivery for that cycle begins. If sold as one upfront package, the same rule applies on a cycle-by-cycle basis unless the Order Form says otherwise.

Operator / Custom Services

Operator, enterprise, implementation, and custom services are governed by the signed Order Form. Unless the Order Form expressly says otherwise, setup fees, discovery fees, reserved-capacity fees, milestone fees for completed work, and started service periods are non-refundable.

Subscriptions and Renewals

If a plan auto-renews, you may cancel before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. The current billing period is not retroactively refunded unless required by law or expressly promised in writing.

Rescheduling and No-Shows

If your plan includes calls or live sessions, reschedule at least 24 hours in advance unless the booking page says otherwise. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited.

Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback, please contact [email protected]. We may submit this policy, checkout records, access logs, onboarding records, communications, and delivery evidence in response to a payment dispute.

  • purchase email
  • plan name
  • purchase date
  • reason for request

Local Law

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.
