EmpowerLeap is a digital product and service. Access is delivered electronically by website, app, portal, email, messaging channel, or a combination of those methods. No physical goods are shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.
For Execution Map, Sprint 30 and Momentum 90, once your payment is confirmed, your purchased product becomes available in your account. Intake information is used to personalize deliverables; access does not mean that those deliverables have already been generated. The initial founder call included with Momentum 90 is coordinated separately and is not a condition for access. For other services, unless a product page or Order Form says otherwise, delivery begins after payment clears and required intake information is submitted. Delivery may include account activation, onboarding, access instructions, diagnosis review, plan setup, scheduling links, program materials, and support communications.
If free, no refund applies. If purchased as a separate paid service, the fee becomes non-refundable once review work has begun. This does not limit the 7-day guarantee for Execution Map, Sprint 30 or Momentum 90 when diagnosis review is included in one of those products.
Execution Map is a fixed digital product priced at $47 USD. You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. The period starts when payment is confirmed. Delivery or download of the Map does not cancel this guarantee.
Sprint 30 is a fixed digital service/program priced at $499 USD.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. The period starts when payment is confirmed. Activation, the start of work, or delivery, download or use of program materials does not cancel this guarantee.
Momentum 90 is a digital service priced at $1,500 USD per full 90-day cycle. You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, starting when payment is confirmed. Activation or the start of delivery does not cancel this guarantee. Future unstarted cycles may be canceled before they begin; this does not limit the guarantee for the purchase. Existing commitments applicable to previous purchases remain unaffected.
Operator, enterprise, implementation, and custom services are governed by the signed Order Form. Unless the Order Form expressly says otherwise, setup fees, discovery fees, reserved-capacity fees, milestone fees for completed work, and started service periods are non-refundable.
If a plan auto-renews, you may cancel before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. The current billing period is not retroactively refunded unless required by law or expressly promised in writing.
If your plan includes calls or live sessions, reschedule at least 24 hours in advance unless the booking page says otherwise. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited.
